     At 21 years old, hip-hop artist and producer Mick Stillz can be described best by one word: CREATIVE. From an early age, Mick was always seen by his peers as being “different”; not really fitting in, but still “cool” enough to hangout with. Mick spent most of his free time skateboarding and writing rhymes, gaining local attention for his unorthodox style.
     In 2008, Mick headed to Europe where he and began releasing songs and videos recorded in his home studio. Two years later in 2010, Mick was performing regularly in clubs from Germany to France, growing his fanbase internationally and sharing stages with major label artists such as Lumidee, Dj Unk, and Lil Scrappy.
     On Sept. 5, 2010, Mick teamed up with world renoun Dj, Dj ill Will, known for his multiple mixtapes with artists such as Drake, Tyga, Plies, Travis Porter, Trey Songz, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean and many more. Together they released Mick’s first official mixtape, Neighborhood Nerd, which got over 20,000 plays the day it was released, and has grown to over 50,000 plays.
     Without the help of a major label or commercial promotion, Mick has independently built a large, international fanbase that continues to grow everyday. Industry experts agree, Mick holds a significant place in the music industry of today, and he is bound to leave a lasting impression on what we call music tomorrow.
